It is made of cast aluminum body and, thanks to its diffuser basefull induction, it is suitable for all heat sources (including induction). It also has excellent heat distribution for perfect cooking of all our recipes.

It includes two red silicone handles to hold the paella pan comfortably and without risk of burns.

The Infinity paella pan is ideal not only for preparing all types of rice and fideuás. From a traditional and tasty Valencian paella, a classic señorito rice, a black rice with cuttlefish and shrimp, or a delicious fideuá with its perfect finish in the oven. Its large non-stick surface also lets you use it as a wide griddle to cook any vegetables, dinner fish, or lunch meat for the whole family quickly, cleanly, and with almost no oil. Hake or sea bass fillets, slices of salmon or bonito, cuttlefish flavored with garlic and parsley, or clams with a pinch of pepper will turn out perfectly. Just like any meat you want to cook on the griddle: a bit of pork loin with salt and rosemary, chicken fillets sprinkled with a pinch of thyme, or a beef entrecôte with a touch of mustard just before serving on the plate. And since it is oven-safe, it lets you roast pieces of chicken with pan-fried potatoes seasoned with your favorite herbs, bake any fish with vegetables for a complete meal, and even cook a delicious apple puff pastry tart or a tuna and pepper empanada.  Cooking with it is very easy and comfortable. It is an absolutely functional and extremely versatile piece, of great help and very durable.
