The Efficient Plus deep casserole combines the best technology for perfect results with extraordinary wear and scratch resistance. It's a sturdy and durable casserole with a cast aluminium body and quality PFOA-free non-stick coating, exclusive to Bra in Spain.

It's suitable for all types of hob (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. It also has excellent temperature distribution for the perfect cooking of all your favourite recipes.

This casserole is extremely versatile, allowing you to make all kinds of recipes, from a stew on the hob to roasting your meat of choice, cooking whole or chopped vegetables or baking your fish. You'll even be able to make delicious sweet treats and various breads. It's ideal for cooking delicious one-pot dishes such as beans with clams, garlic soup, chickpea stew with cod, potato casseroles, or your favourite rice dishes with vegetables, meat or seafood, and you can also keep an eye on your dish at all times thanks to its glass lid. Because of their large capacity, they're ideal for lamb casseroles, zarzuela seafood stews, and beef or chicken dishes. Thanks to their versatility, they're perfect for preparing all kinds of dishes in the oven too, from tasty chicken with potatoes to your favourite roast meat. It's also perfect for baking delicious sponges and cheesecakes, roasting pears or apples, and even making fruit cakes. Thanks to its exclusive non-stick coating, you can make any kind of stew with very little oil without having to worry about anything sticking. It's also simple and easy to clean.
