The lid knob is FSC-certified (Forest Stewardship Council), ensuring the wood is responsibly sourced and sustainably produced.

The Market high casserole is incredibly versatile, letting you prepare all kinds of dishes – from stovetop stews and roasted meats or vegetables, to baked fish. You can even use it for baking delicious desserts or certain types of bread. It's ideal for spoon dishes like beans with clams, garlic soup, chickpea and cod stew, stewed potatoes, or your favourite brothy rice dishes – whether with vegetables, meat, seafood, or fish. The glass lid allows you to monitor the cooking at all times. Thanks to its capacity, it's also perfect for lamb stews, fish casseroles or beef and chicken braises. Its versatility makes it ideal for oven dishes too – such as roast chicken with potatoes or your favourite meat roast. It’s also great for baking sponge cakes, “La Viña”-style cheesecakes, roasted pears or apples, or fruit tarts. Thanks to its exclusive non-stick coating, you can cook with very little oil and without anything sticking – efficiently, sustainably and with easy cleaning afterwards.
