This pressure cooker steamer basket is a very versatile item, as it can also be used as an excellent sieve or strainer, both to drain pasta cooking liquid, to filter broth or fish stock after cooking, and to drain washed vegetables and fruits. Ideal for steaming all types of vegetables, legumes, or fish, and even for boiling hard-boiled eggs at the same time that salad greens are being boiled inside the pot.
