It includes two green silicone handles for comfortable handling of the paella pan.

The Prior paella pan is ideal not only for preparing all kinds of rice, paellas, and fideuàs. From a traditional and flavorful Valencian paella, a black rice with cuttlefish and clams, a arroz del señorito, or a delicious fideuà with its perfect oven finish. Its large non-stick surface also lets you use it as a spacious griddle to cook any vegetables, dinner fish, or lunch meat for the whole family quickly, cleanly, and with minimal oil. Whether it's monkfish or sea bass fillets, slices of salmon or cod, tasty squid with garlic and parsley, or mussels, everything will turn out just right. The same goes for any meat you want to grill: a bit of Iberian secret with salt and pepper, a turkey breast sprinkled with a pinch of thyme, or some churrasco strips with a touch of mustard right before serving. And since it's oven-safe, you can roast some chicken pieces with seasoned pan-fried potatoes using your favorite herbs, bake any fish with vegetables for a complete meal, and even make a delicious puff pastry apple tart or tuna and pepper empanada.
