Its high-quality silicone helps you effortlessly pour and stir sweet or savoury creams, purées, sauces, liquid doughs or stews. And it's also perfect for turning over delicate foods, such as a piece of grilled fish or vegetables you want to roast in the oven, or to stir anything you might be cooking, even the potatoes you're frying for a delicious Spanish omelette. Keep your food perfectly intact and your cookware as good as new. 

Silicone has fantastic resistance to temperatures (it can be used at minus 40 degrees and up to 230 C), lasts a lifetime, and is odourless, tasteless and non-corrosive. It's completely safe for use with food.

The end of the handle is made of beech wood, which boasts an anti-humidity treatment, and the wooden handle and spoon body are joined through a stainless steel tube.
