Description

The Market Whisk is ideal for beating or stirring creams, sauces or mixtures in any of your pots, pans, bowls or casseroles without having to worry about damaging them. Its high-quality silicone rods prevent scratches and protect your utensils and are perfect for whipping egg whites, stirring bain-marie creams, mixing eggs into a delicious garlic soup, or simply beating mixtures that need some airing. It's ideal for stirring sauces, even on surfaces with non-stick coatings. It'll keep all your cookware as good as new.

Silicone has fantastic resistance to temperatures (it can be used at minus 40 degrees and up to 230 C), lasts a lifetime, and is odourless, tasteless and non-corrosive. It's completely safe for use with food.

The end of the handle is made of beech wood, which boasts an anti-humidity treatment, and the wooden handle and whisk body are joined through a stainless steel tube.
