The Bistro flat griddle is ideal for cooking food on the stovetop or in the oven, in a very healthy, straightforward way. Its wide heat-diffusing base is perfect for cooking meat, fish, and your chosen side dish all at the same time. You can prepare incredibly delicious meals and dinners quickly, with barely any added fat and zero sticking. Brush the griddle with your usual cooking oil or an infused variety, and you can give your meat or fish a distinct, custom touch every time. Make tasty, healthy dishes with a special flair: think hake slices with green asparagus and a drizzle of shrimp oil, a beef ribeye paired with your favorite mushrooms and truffle or porcini oil, a mixed grilled vegetable platter with garlic oil, squid with thin zucchini slices in olive oil, or grilled open mussels seasoned with a dash of pepper. Its smooth surface even works as a baking tray for puff pastry tarts, cookies, pizzas, empanadas, or a mouthwatering focaccia. Thanks to its reinforced, ultra scratch-resistant non-stick coating, you can cook healthy, delicious recipes with no food sticking to the surface at all.
