Cinnamon coffee with ice cream
You still have hot days left in which after-meals are lengthened and dessert is confused with coffee time.
This recipe is perfect for those moments when you are accompanied or when you simply want to treat yourself!
Ingredients:
- 500 ml of milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 grams of cream
- 2 tablespoons of coffee
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 scoops of ice cream
- chopped chocolate
In a Market coffee maker , we make the coffee. Put in a bowl with a cinnamon stick and let cool completely in the fridge
In a bowl, mix the yolks with the sugar, beating with a whisk until the mixture has changed to a light color and has doubled in volume.
At that moment, we add a glass of cold coffee (without the cinnamon stick) and the very cold liquid cream and continue beating until we obtain a creamy mixture.
Put two scoops of ice cream on top and enjoy!
