Cheeks to beer
The stews are very simple to prepare and although we like to prepare them in our express pots to save time and energy, today we bring you the version in a normal pot so that you have all the options, it will take a little longer but the result is well worth a visit. WAVE.

Ingredients:
4 pork or beef cheeks
2 garlic
1 onion
1 carrot
6 mushrooms
fresh rosemary
60 g crushed tomato
500ml beer
1 liter of meat broth
Wheat flour
Extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper

Preparation:
Season the cheeks with salt and pepper on both sides and flour them. In a low or tall SIGNATURE saucepan, add a splash of extra virgin olive oil and brown them. We booked.

Add the cheeks and cover with the broth. If you use a tall pot, the cheeks will be completely covered, cover and cook for 2 hours over low heat.
If you use a low saucepan, add the broth and you will see that the cheeks are not covered, cover and cook over low heat for 2 hours, we must turn the cheeks every 30 minutes.
Once the time has elapsed, we remove the cheeks and grind the sauce, we can serve the cheeks whole and covered in sauce or fray them and serve with a plate ring and sauce. We serve with French fries.
