For the cookie crisp:
- 100 g of digestive biscuits or similar
- 20 g of softened butter
For the cream cheese:
- 2 L egg yolks
- 100g sugar
- 125g milk
- 250 g Philadelphia cheese
- 250g whipped cream
- 3.5 sheets gelatin
For the strawberry jam:
- 500g strawberries
- 100 ml of water
- 200g sugar
