When you eat a chocolate cookie, you don't want that cookie to be giant and never end? Well, that is precisely what we are going to make a large cookie that is prepared in the blink of an eye and is delicious.
8 servings
Difficulty: easy
Time: 5 min + baking
Ingredients:
85g butter at room temperature
140g plain or pastry flour
70g brown sugar
110g white sugar
100g m&m's
50g milk chocolate chips
1 egg L
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
The first thing we have to do is preheat the oven to 180 ºC heat up-down.
Next we will use a kneading robot or we could also use a bowl and some hand whisks. Add the butter at room temperature along with the two types of sugar until all the ingredients are well integrated.
Then add the vanilla extract and the egg and beat again until they have been integrated. Add the salt and baking soda to the bowl where we have the flour, mix and add it all at once to the previous mixture, beat until we get a homogeneous mass.
We incorporate almost all the m&m's and almost all the chocolate chips, reserving a few to decorate our super cookie once it comes out of the oven.
We put the dough in our 22 cm Fast Click pan, smooth and put it in the oven without the handle. We leave baking between 20-25 minutes depending on your oven. We have had it for 25 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes, carefully unmold and let cool completely on a wire rack. We placed the m&m's and the chocolate chips that we had reserved.
