Fettuccini with prawns, video recipe
We present this delicious dish that is very easy to prepare so that your guests will lick their fingers.
For 4 people:
- 500g of fettuccini
- 2 shallots
- 10 prawns
- 50 cl of white wine
- 33cl of cream
- 1 lemon
- Peel and cut the shallot and fry it with the shrimp heads and skins. Add the wine and when it reduces, strain.
- Seal the prawns in the pan.
- Boil the pasta.
- Return the resulting crushed sauce to the pot, add the cream and finish with salt, pepper, chives, lemon zest and lemon juice.
- Add the boiled pasta and stir.
- Serve the pasta.
