Prawns with cava
There are two things that everyone wants at Christmas, to eat seafood and to make easy recipes. Well today we fulfill this wish. A simple recipe that you can have prepared in advance and at the last moment you put it in the oven and in 10 minutes you have it on the table.

Ingredients:
1 kg of prawns or prawns
200 ml of champagne
Fresh parsley
3 garlic cloves
3 cayenne
Extra virgin olive oil
Coarse salt
Preparation:
1. We cut the mustaches and the legs of the prawns or prawns. We place them in a Daily PRO 28cm low casserole or on a tray suitable for the oven.
2.Peel and finely chop the garlic and parsley.
3.We put the parsley and the minced garlic on the prawns, the cayenne peppers and salt to taste, drizzle with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
4. Pour the glass of cava over the prawns and place in a preheated oven at 200ºC with heat up-down for 10 minutes.
5.We add a little coarse salt and chopped parsley.
