Vegan burger, incredibly rich, video recipe
Can a hamburger without meat or any other animal product be outrageously good? We are going to check it using, in addition, everyday ingredients, easy to find in any supermarket or food store. A rich, healthy and easy to make hamburger that has nothing to envy to the meat ones. 😉 I present to you the MJ's Vegan Burger!
Ingredients
For two:
- 200 g of cooked red beans
- 1/4 roasted eggplant
- 3 mushrooms
- 1/2 caramelized spring onion
- 15g chickpea flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 10g pumpkin seeds
- extra virgin olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
For the assembly:
- 2 hamburger buns
- Tomatoes
- Purple Onion
- Avocado
- Lettuce
- Alfalfa and arugula sprouts
For the tomato jam:
- 4 plum tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
For the pesto:
- 20g cashews
- 12g arugula
- extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
