Prawns with lime and chili
Giving a twist to the usual recipes is what makes the kitchen not stop creating new flavors. With these prawns we give a twist to some pil pil prawns by adding an extra marinade.
The result is different prawns with a fruity flavor thanks to the lime and a lot of rock & roll thanks to the chili.
Ingredients
- 1 kilo of frozen prawns (thawed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 limes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Half a teaspoon of dried chili flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Peel the prawns and put them in a bowl. Season.
- In a bowl put the olive oil, the juice of the 2 limes, the very minced garlic, two and the chili flakes. With the help of a spoon, move until they are mixed.
- Pour this mixture over the prawns. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- When you are ready to cook, heat a skillet 24 cm Connect on medium heat. Add the prawns.
- Cook 3 minutes on each side until the prawns change color.
- Serve accompanied by rice with a few slices of lime.
