Lasagna soup

Today we bring you a classic dish but with a different and daring result: lasagna and soup. A simplified recipe that preserves the flavor of the original dish, very simple to prepare and that will delight all palates.

Ingredients.

- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 400g of mushrooms
- 1 sprig of celery
- 160g of lasagna pasta
- 150g of red lentils
- 400ml of tomato in pieces
- 400gr of crushed tomato
- 800ml of broth (we have used vegetables!)
- Salt to taste

Steps:

1. Cut and chop the carrot, celery, onion and mushrooms.
2. Prepare our saucepan with a bottom of oil and cook the carrot, onion and celery.
3. Then add the mushrooms along with the soy sauce.
4. When it's poached, add the spices and lentils.
5. We remove everything well and add the tomato in pieces and the crushed tomato.
6. Add the broth and let it boil for a few minutes with the lid on.
7. To finish, add the sliced ​​lasagna plates and cook according to the cooking time.
