bread without knead
Making bread has never been so easy, if you haven't tried making bread at home yet, now you have no excuses.
Ingredients: 1 bread
difficulty: low
Time: 10 minutes + rest + bake
Ingredients:
750 g flour of strength
20 g fresh yeast
15g of salt
600 ml of lukewarm water
Preparation:
In a bowl, add all the ingredients and stir until integrated. Cover and let stand 2 hours at room temperature or until doubled in volume.
Sprinkle flour on the work surface, turn the dough over and make 4 folds from the outside in.
Place the dough on baking paper and place in a 24 cm Alta LIFE saucepan. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the preheated oven at 220ºC for 30 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 25 minutes or until golden to our liking.
