One of the best-known dishes of Italian cuisine is undoubtedly spaghetti alle vongole, a recipe that tastes like summer and is so easy to prepare that you will want to make it all the time.
1 package of spaghetti
500 g of large clams
1 chilli pepper
4 cloves of garlic
50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
100 ml of white wine
1 bunch of parsley
Put the clams to soak in a bowl to loosen the sand.
We chop the parsley.
Bring plenty of salted water to a boil in a large saucepan and cook the pasta until al dente.
Meanwhile, in a large Market frying pan , put the oil and the minced garlic cloves with the chilli pepper. Let brown over medium heat so that the garlic releases its flavor and aroma but without burning.
Then add the clams along with the white wine. When they open, add half the chopped parsley.
Drain the pasta and add to our clams. We give a few laps, and sprinkle with the rest of the chopped parsley.
