do you need one quick and easy dessert recipe Well, this rosemary roasted pear tart is your perfect recipe. You just need some good quality pears, brioche bread and a couple of other ingredients that you surely have in your pantry.
Ingredients
- 175 gr of brown sugar
- 60ml apple cider vinegar
- 50 gr of melted butter
- 7 small small pears
- 1 slice of 400 g of brioche bread (sliced bread type)
- 10 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
Mix the brown sugar, vinegar and butter and reserve 60 ml of this mixture.
We spread the pears in this sugar mixture and place them in our non- stick square plate , you can cover it with parchment paper so as not to stain it.
Place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until they begin to brown, turning halfway through cooking.
Cut the brioche bread into 2cm thick slices (if they are already cut, leave them as they are). We remove the crusts and cut in half.
We place the slices next to each other on our non-stick griddle (if it is not non-stick we must put parchment paper).
Put a piece of pear with its juices on each slice of brioche. Put a few sprigs of rosemary on top and brush over the rest of the sugar sauce that we have prepared in the first step.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the brioche is toasted and the pears are golden.
Brush with any more sugar sauce that may be left over and sprinkle with black pepper to serve.
This dish can be a dessert as a side dish for second courses like the pig.
