Green tortilla of use
Flip the tortilla: kitchen of pure use like this tortilla today that is also one of our favorites. It is an omelet that has all the vegetables in it green, which gives it a very nice tone and is also full of vitamins.
Ingredients
5 eggs
2 courgettes
2 leeks
2 green peppers
With the help of a Bra Santoku kitchen knife, chop all the vegetables into brunoise (into very small squares).
When we have them ready, heat the deepest pan of a Dupla Première Pan with a teaspoon of olive oil.
When the oil is hot, add the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables are soft.
Once the vegetables are ready, we transfer them to a plate. In a large bowl, mix the eggs and add the vegetables. We booked.
Return the pan to the heat adding a little olive oil if necessary. When it is very hot, add the mixture of eggs and vegetables and let it curdle gently for about 4 minutes. After this time, we fit the second double pan, close and turn the tortilla.
Let it set on the other side for another 4 minutes.
We serve accompanied by a little salad and some tomatoes.
