The Bistro frying pan has been designed to offer perfect cooking results and extraordinary resistance to wear and scratches. It is a robust and durable frying pan thanks to its non-deformable cast aluminum body and the quality of its non-stick Profile, exclusive to Bra in Spain, reinforced with MetalTec technology and free of PFOA.

It is made of cast aluminum and is suitable for all heat sources (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. In addition, it has an excellent temperature distribution for perfect and very efficient cooking of all our recipes.

  • It has the T eflon Profile non-stick coating reinforced with MetalTec impact technology, which modifies the surface giving an exceptional and ultra-durable finish, for extraordinary performance, three times superior to that of traditional kitchen utensils.
  • It is an ideal pan for preparing all types of recipes, even the most elaborate ones, combining its different sizes. You can cook sauces or make fried eggs in the smaller ones, while in the larger diameter ones you sear the meat, grill fish or chicken breast, brown some breaded loin steaks or fry potatoes to accompany it. They are ideal both for sautéing some vegetables and preparing a mushroom scramble, as well as for making ratatouille, bolognese sauce, any carbonara pasta or for cooking béchamel for croquettes. The smaller pans have the perfect size and a good height so that you can fry squid, dumplings, fritters or donuts optimally, quickly and maintaining the temperature of the oil. In all their sizes, cooking with them without fear and without slowing down is possible, thanks to their excellent resistance and great durability. Its reinforced and ultra-scratch-resistant non-stick will allow you to cook all types of recipes comfortably and without anything sticking. It is a robust and durable pan that is also very easy to clean.

    Mal gestionado, me lo entregan los dias 4 y 5 de Abril en mi domicilio sin comunicacion previa,el dia 4 por la mañana y el dia 5 por la tarde que si que estaba en en mi domicilio,pues finalmente lo retire el la Delegacion. eso vale para el ambito industrial pero no el particular,mal muy mal.

    Defraudado y muy arrepentido de la compra

    No tenía constancia que compraba unas sartenes con teflon y por lo tanto muy defraudado y arrependido de la compra... al margen, en el primer uso, quedaron unas manchas (de un pollo a la plancha) que he tenido que utilizar agua caliente y vinagre... una gran decepción
