The One Titanium by BRA is a frying pan featuring a 3-layer Triply construction and a 100% pure titanium interior that comes into direct contact with food. Its interior surface, reinforced with Gen3 technology, offers outstanding durability, excellent resistance and a highly comfortable cooking experience.

Its construction combines a pure titanium interior, an aluminium core and a stainless steel exterior. The aluminium promotes fast and even heat distribution, while the stainless steel exterior ensures compatibility with all hob types, including induction.

The One Titanium is a frying pan without chemical coatings and completely PFAS-free, designed for healthier cooking. Titanium is a premium material renowned for its purity, strength and hygienic properties. In this pan, the pure titanium interior allows cooking without coatings, without alloys and without added chemicals on the cooking surface.

For the best results, it is recommended to use it like a high-performance stainless steel frying pan: remove food from the fridge 15–20 minutes before cooking, preheat the pan over medium heat and check the temperature using the water droplet test. If the droplets form small beads that glide across the surface, the pan is ready. Then add a small amount of oil and allow the food to caramelise properly before moving it.
