The BRA Profesional paella pan is made of 18/10 stainless steel without non-stick coating and PFOA-free, with ergonomic stainless steel handles. It is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction. Thanks to its quick heating and excellent energy efficiency, it is a high-performance product.
Its design is modern and elegant. It is dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 220 °C. Due to the high thermal conductivity of BRA Profesional cookware, it is recommended to use it over low to medium heat.
To avoid overheating, never place the pan empty on the heat source. Because of its high thermal conductivity, it heats up very quickly, reaching the optimal cooking temperature in no time.
