The Infinity shallow casserole is incredibly versatile and great for all kinds of recipes, from a risotto or stews cooked on the hob, to roasting all kinds of meat, baking fish, and even making some delicious sweet treats. It’s perfect both for cooking simple dishes, such as chickpeas with chorizo, artichoke with garlic and ham, noodles, or vegetable, meat and fish rice dishes, as well as for preparing tasty meatballs with peas, garlic chicken, cod pisto, or your favourite sauce. It's versatility also makes it great for making béchamel for croquettes or the filling of a cannelloni or lasagne. You'll be amazed how well your dishes turn out in the oven, from a simple and rich chicken and potatoes dish, to your favourite roast meat, a cheese and tomato galette, or a vegetable quiche. It's also perfect for baking delicious sponge cakes, roasting pears or apples, and even for making a delicious tarte tatin or cherry clafoutis. Thanks to its non-stick coating that's ultra-resistant to scratching, your pan will is simple to cook with and easy to clean.
