The Market shallow casserole has been designed to offer the best cooking results and features a Teflon Profile non-stick coating that's ultra-resistant to wear and scratching.
Its body is made of cast aluminium and, thanks to its full induction diffuser base, it's also suitable for all heat sources (including induction). It also has excellent temperature distribution for the perfect cooking of all your favourite recipes.
It includes two wooden handles for comfortable use and a glass lid with a silicone edge for the perfect closure.
The wood is certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), which guarantees controlled and sustainable production.
It's a very versatile casserole that can be used to prepare all kinds of recipes. And thanks to its glass lid, you can keep check of your food at all times, without having to uncover the dish. You'll be able to make everything from risottos to stews, roast all kinds of meats, bake fish, and even prepare some delicious sweet treats. It’s perfect both for cooking simple dishes, such as chickpeas with chorizo, noodles, or vegetable, meat and fish rice dishes, as well as for preparing tasty meatballs with peas, garlic chicken, curry and rice, or your favourite sauce. It's versatility also makes it great for making béchamel for croquettes or the filling of a cannelloni or lasagne.
