Like all the utensils in the Efficient collection, it has a highly hygienic and wear-resistant 18/10 stainless steel handle.

The Efficient Skimmer is ideal for separating and removing from broths or liquids the foam that can be generated when they boil. It is also a very useful tool to remove, during cooking, all kinds of meat, bones, fish or vegetables from the liquid in which they are being cooked. It is also a perfect helper with which to remove both croquettes, chips, dumplings, fritters or squid from the pan, saucepan or fryer, easily draining the frying oil.
