Description

The most important properties of silicone are its temperature resistance (it can be used at minus 40 degrees and up to 200 °C), it has a long service life, it is odorless, tasteless and non-corrosive . Totally suitable for both food consumption and sanitary consumption.

The final part of the handle is made of beech wood treated with anti-humidity and the wooden handle and the blade are joined by a stainless steel tube.
