Description

The Advanced pan is designed for the most demanding kitchens, combining the best scratch-resistant technology with a modern design. It's a sturdy and durable pan with a cast aluminium body and quality PFOA-free non-stick coating that's extremely resistant to scratches and exclusive to Bra in Spain.

It's suitable for all types of hob (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. It also has excellent temperature distribution for the perfect cooking of all your favourite recipes.

Set available in two formats:

Set with pans of 18, 22 and 26cm
Set with pans of 20, 24 and 28cm

The three pans in each set are ideal for making countless recipes thanks to their ergonomic handle. You can combine their different sizes to cook any recipe, no matter how elaborate. The small and medium ones are perfect for preparing sauces or frying eggs, while in the larger ones you can cook meat, fish or chicken breast, brown some breaded tenderloin fillets, or even make chips. They're great for sautéing mushrooms or, for example, preparing scrambled eggs, as well as for making Bolognese sauce, any carbonara-style pasta or even for cooking the béchamel sauce for croquettes. The smaller pans are the perfect size for frying croquettes, dumplings, fritters and doughnuts – quickly, efficiently and all the while maintaining the perfect oil temperature. In all sizes, the pans provide an extraordinary cooking experience, with a non-stick coating that also makes them very easy to clean.

EFFICIENT

I bought the batch of Advanced pans. The quality is great in relation to the price. Very resistant and everything I cook in them tastes better than before. Totally recommended.

2 are not flat

The contact surface with the induction hob is not completely flat. They have a little sway which I guess will reduce their efficiency. I am a regular buyer of Bra pans and it is the first time this has happened to me

Well, I've loved them, and if you take care of them as suggested in the manual, they'll always be like new, they don't stick, you don't need much oil and the flavor is exquisite. At home we are super happy. Very good buy!!!!

Doubly defective frying pan

The pots seem, I have not used them yet, that they are wonderful, I trust bra 100%, on the other hand, the pans have much to be desired

Excellent quality

I bought some pots and pans and I couldn't be happier, they are wonderful, nothing sticks, they homogenize the temperature, they are robust and I am calm that they are free of PFOA, I definitely recommend them!
