The Tekna pressure cooker is ideal for cooking endless recipes, preserving the vitamins and nutrients of foods as much as possible, and minimising cooking time. Cooking in a pressure cooker saves more than half the time, allowing quick and efficient preparation of any stew, and also saves a lot of energy too. The lid makes it possible to cook dishes extra quickly, but it also works perfectly as a conventional pot to make a multitude of recipes in the traditional way. You'll be able to prepare delicious stews in a very short time in any of its sizes. Vegetables, pulses, rice and pasta... all ready in no time at all and with perfect results. A beef and vegetable stew, chicken stuffed with ham, pork cheeks with red wine, or a bean stew, all great options for a tasty pressure cooker meal. This is in addition to broths, pulse and vegetable purées and creams, delicious desserts and sweet treats including flans, sponges, cheesecakes, apple compote or jam with seasonal fruits. An essential and very versatile appliance for safe cooking, with all the properties and flavour in tact, that also saves a significant amount of time and energy
