It is robust and highly resistant to deformation. In addition, it is manufactured responsibly, with recycled aluminium, which contributes to reducing the environmental impact and carbon footprint. Its lid, also made of cast aluminium, allows cooking with a "cocotte" effect with lower energy consumption and greater use of heat and steam during cooking, achieving very tasty results.
