This pressure cooker steamer basket is a very versatile piece, as it can also be used as a perfect strainer or colander, whether to drain cooking liquid from pasta or to filter broth or stock after cooking, or to drain washed vegetables and fruits. Ideal for steaming all kinds of vegetables, legumes or fish, and even for boiling hard eggs at the same time that salad greens are cooking inside the pot. Its wide diameter also allows it to be used to drain oil from potatoes, empanadas or croquettes after frying, helping to prevent them from getting soft, and even to filter oil from frying potatoes as much as possible before adding them to egg to make a delicious omelet. A very practical, elegant and versatile basket with which you can steam easily.
