The Fast Click pan has a cast aluminium body with a Teflon Select non-stick coating and, thanks to its full induction  diffuser base, it's suitable for all heat sources (including induction). In addition, it has excellent temperature distribution for the perfect cooking of all your dishes. It's the ideal frying pan for making countless recipes, both on the hob and in the oven, thanks to its convenient removable handle. With the same pan you can sear your meat or chicken on the stove, finish roasting it in the oven, and accompany it with some potato or courgette slices.  The smaller pans are perfect for preparing sauces or frying eggs, while in the larger ones you can cook fish, fry breaded fillets or sizzle some mushrooms. They're great for sautéing vegetables or, for example, preparing mushroom scrambled eggs, as well as for making Bolognese sauce, any carbonara-style pasta or even for cooking the béchamel sauce for croquettes.
