This frying pan is ideal for countless recipes, both on the stovetop and in the oven, thanks to its convenient detachable handle. With the same pan, you can sear meat or chicken on the stovetop, then finish roasting it in the oven, paired with potato wedges or zucchini slices. Their sizes make them perfect for preparing sauces or frying eggs in the smaller pans, while the larger diameter pans let you cook fish, breaded pork loin cutlets, or mushrooms. They’re ideal for sautéing vegetables or making a mushroom scramble, as well as preparing pisto, Bolognese sauce, any carbonara pasta, or making béchamel for croquettes. The smallest pans are the perfect size for frying doughnuts, fritters, empanadas, or croquettes optimally, quickly, and while maintaining oil temperature. You’ll be amazed at how well any dish turns out in the oven and how easy it is to make. You can cook Provençal-style tomatoes on the stovetop and broil them in the same pan. Prepare baked apples or pears, searing them with a little butter and cinnamon, then put the pan in the oven (without the handle) to bake a delicious dessert. It’s also perfect for making a delicious Tarte Tatin, a pan-sized cookie, or a cherry clafoutis. Its detachable handle and excellent non-stick coating make cooking with it a comfortable and simple experience, yielding tasty results quickly and very efficiently.
