Description

The Signature stainless steel steamer and colander without non-stick coating features an elegant and highly functional design. It is very versatile, as it can be used both for steaming all types of food and as a colander to strain broth and drain pasta, vegetables or rice. It has a shiny finish and ergonomic handles for comfortable use.

Available in two sizes:

20 cm in diameter (height 10 cm)
24 cm in diameter (height 11 cm)

With this steamer, you can steam vegetables, pulses or fish, and even boil some eggs while the vegetables for your salad are cooking inside the pot.

It’s also ideal as a colander, whether for draining pasta, vegetables or rice after cooking, or for filtering broth or fish stock once cooked. Its wide diameter also makes it perfect for draining oil from freshly fried foods, helping to prevent them from going soggy, and even for thoroughly draining oil from fried potatoes before mixing them with egg to prepare a delicious Spanish omelette.
