Fabada griega

Para estos días de frío apetecen guisos sencillos, reconfortantes y nutritivos ¿verdad? Os dejamos un guiso tradición de la cocina griega y mediterránea que queda exquisito y es muy fácil de preparar

Ingredientes:

400 gr de alubias
4 zanahorias
2 cebollas
2 ramas de apio
2 cdas de tomate triturado
1 y 1/2 l de agua
Pimienta
Hierbas provenzales
Sal
aove

Pasos:

1. Dejamos a remojo la alubia unas 12h
2. Cortamos en pequeños trozos las verduras
3. Añadimos un chorrito de aceite a la olla exprés y añadimos la cebolla y el apio. Dejamos sofreír hsta que esté pocha
4. Añadimos el tomate y la zanahoria y removemos.
5. Sofreímos unos minutos y añadimos las especias
6. Añadimos las alubias, incorporamos agua hasta cubrir las alubias
7. Tapamos la olla exprés y programamos 20 min
