Potatoes, tomato and meat are always a winning combination in the kitchen. Today I bring you an idea that we recently tried in San Sebastián and that we loved.

How do you make a lazy omelette? Well, it's similar to a fritatta but even easier if you have a double pan from Bra. We beat the eggs, add the best ingredients and that's it! We don't need an oven because the double pan will do the job in this recipe.

With these days that we are living we are awakening all new flavors that come from what I have in the fridge. Kitchen of pure use like this tortilla today, which is also one of my favorites.

The traditional is not at odds with good taste and variety, that is why we propose a dinner based on pinchos or tapas and we give you one that, with the permission of the potato omelette, is very rich and original.
