I bought two packages of gaskets and on their website they indicate (both in the photo and in the description) that two coffee maker gaskets come in each package.
I have received two packages in which there is only one gasket in each one and also the size does not match.
On Wednesday, April 22, I sent an email to customer service and I have not received any response, for which I request a full refund (shipping costs included).
On April 26 I opened an incident in Paypal (means with which I made the payment) and I am still waiting for a response from you.

Only one comes and it is not the right one

We ordered a pack of 2 joints for a 10-cup New Bahía and only one came, but on top of that it's not good for that coffee maker, it's too big. Very bad buy!
