The fish suquet is a traditional stew of the Catalan and Valencian Mediterranean fishermen. This was the way to take advantage of leftover fish that were not sold and incidentally it was used to give the fishermen a hot dish. Currently many restaurants on the Costa Brava serve this dish accompanied by the best pieces of fish.

Eating aubergines like this is, in addition to a pleasure, an original way of preparing them. Clafoutis is usually a French dessert made with cherries. It does not have dough, just the fruit and a mixture of eggs, cream sugar and vanilla that makes it juicy and smooth and does not have dough.

This tortilla cake is a fun and different way to eat and prepare tortillas. It is about assembling them as in a cake, putting one on top of the other combining flavors that go well and here we can invent everything we want.

If there is a dish with which we always get it right, it is with a pasta dish, it is so versatile that it admits any combination, on this occasion we wanted to prepare a traditional Italian recipe that we hope will be to your liking. If children or an adult who does not like spicy food is going to eat, you can skip the chilli pepper, although for us it is almost essential.
